Its revenue amounted to RMB 823.77 million, a year-on-year rise of 124.4%. Sales of residential property increased significantly to RMB 489.71 million last year, compared with RMB 3.53 million in 2006, as it began sales of a new housing project in the year. It plans to pay a dividend of RMB 0.5 apiece and provide shareholders four shares for every 10 shares they hold. |
